Job Description

We are seeking a business development executive that will be responsible for managing business relationships, understanding market needs and identifying new opportunities for the business, aligning with business objectives. This role will be reporting into the company’s Business Development and Business Enterprise units.

Responsibilities
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Class 3 Driving License Preferred.
Requirements
  • Provide administrative support to BD managers.
  • Support the sales process, establishing relationships with potential merchants, conducting needs assessments, and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and compliant with all regulations.
  • Support the onboarding process, including setting up merchant accounts, configuring payment gateways, and providing training.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations and customer service.
  • Provided BD administration support – daily form submission, Monthly reports and support any ad-hoc duties assigned.
