AXS Drive is expanding its mobility and automotive ecosystem, and we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate partnership growth and revenue expansion .

This role is suited for a strong deal-maker who thrives on building pipeline, negotiating commercial structures, and closing partnerships that deliver measurable revenue impact.

As AXS Drive is entering a high-growth phase. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a key vertical within AXS, with direct ownership of partnership acquisition and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

1. Partnership Acquisition & Deal Closure

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships within the mobility and automotive ecosystem
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to negotiation and contract execution
  • Structure commercially viable partnerships
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline with clear conversion accountability

2. Revenue Growth & Monetisation

  • Drive new revenue streams within AXS Drive beyond traditional payment processing
  • Negotiate commercial terms to ensure sustainable margin and scalability
  • Translate opportunities into structured business cases for internal approval
  • Deliver revenue targets and contribute directly to the vertical’s growth

3. Execution & Account Expansion

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to launch partnerships efficiently
  • Ensure timely implementation and go-live of signed deals
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts
Requirements
  • Min 3 years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex commercial deals
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Ability to build pipeline independently and drive deals to completion
  • Comfortable operating in a growth-stage, performance-driven environment
  • Experience in fintech, payments, mobility, automotive, or platform ecosystems
