- Support the design and implementation of employee-centric L&D programs (workshops, e-learning, leadership development) aligned with AXS’s business objectives.
- Assist in coordinating training programs (logistics, scheduling, vendor liaison).
- Help create engaging learning content (presentations, e-learning modules, training toolkits).
- Support tracking of training participation and feedback through surveys and reports.
- Evaluate training effectiveness via surveys, KPIs (completion rates, skill application), and ROI analysis.
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and e-learning platforms.
2. Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Contribute to culture-building activities (town halls, recognition programs).
- Assist in organizing team-building and wellness events.
3. HR Communications
- Draft content for internal newsletters, intranet updates, and announcements.
- Create engaging content (emails, intranet updates, videos) to promote HR initiatives.
- Manage internal employer branding (e.g., newsletters, employee spotlights) to reinforce AXS’s values and culture.
4. Organizational Development Projects
- Assist with employee engagement survey administration and data analysis.
- Help compile research on best practices in L&D and workplace culture.
