Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Acquisitions Manager to join our high-growth Partnership Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new, high-value strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on acquiring key accounts that drive significant revenue, enhance our market presence, and create long-term mutual value. You will own the end-to-end acquisition process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partner Acquisition & Relationship Building:
    • Identify, target, and acquire new strategic key account partners to expand our market footprint and drive revenue growth.
    • Build and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives at target enterprises.

 

  • Acquisition Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive key account acquisition strategy, aligning with the organization’s ambitious growth objectives.
    • Formulate targeted outreach and negotiation plans to effectively close new partnership deals.

 

  • Market Intelligence & Opportunity Mapping:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis and opportunity mapping to identify high-potential target segments, emerging industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
    • Use data-driven insights to prioritize acquisition targets and refine the partnership value proposition.

 

  • Deal Lifecycle Management:
    • Own the entire acquisition lifecycle, from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiation, signing, and handover to the Partnership Management team.
    • Develop compelling business cases and partnership proposals that clearly articulate mutual value.

 

  • Performance Management & KPI Tracking:
    • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the acquisition funnel, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
    • Implement and manage a rigorous tracking system to measure progress against acquisition targets and strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a key account acquisition, strategic business development, or partnership role with a focus on hunting and closing new deals.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex, high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable acquisition strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for winning new business.
