Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in campaign execution, process coordination, performance tracking, and marketing administration, supporting both digital and offline marketing activities across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end marketing activations across AXS service channels — app, web, kiosks, social media, and on-ground events.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, email pushes, in-app notifications, and digital promotional features.
  • Help manage and coordinate content calendars for social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring posts, stories, and videos are scheduled accurately and on time.
  • Assist in preparing or adapting digital assets such as social visuals, short-form videos, banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Track and compile campaign performance metrics, helping maintain dashboards and post-campaign summaries for digital and offline activations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative Studio, Product, Ops) and external partners (agencies, merchants, vendors) to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of marketing materials, including digital assets, brochures, display items, and in-app content.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research, including digital trends, social media insights, and category benchmarking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team — such as meeting coordination, documentation updates, campaign tracking, organizing files, and assisting with logistics.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data reporting or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Sheets) is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
