We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining the product vision to leading the successful launch. You will bridge the technical and business worlds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that is not only viable and feasible but also highly desirable for our users.

You will own the product roadmap, define the product vision, and be the voice of the customer within the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define product vision and strategy aligned with AXS’s business goals and growth plans.
    • Translate vision into a clear, actionable roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user value, business impact, and cost.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user segmentation to inform strategic decisions.

  1. Product Development & Execution
    • Write product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
    • Drive the entire product lifecycle.
    • Participate actively in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
    • Lead the UAT process, acting as the business owner to validate that the product meets user needs and business requirements before launch.

  1. Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the product owner and subject matter expert for the product.
    • Communicate product roadmap, updates, and performance metrics to management.
    • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, prioritization, and decision-making.

  1. Risk & Compliance
    • Identify and manage product risks (technical, regulatory, security) in collaboration with Risk & Compliance and Technology teams.
    • Ensure product features comply with relevant payment industry regulations and data protection standards.

  1. Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor product performance (usage, transaction volumes, customer satisfaction) and identify areas for optimization.
    • Run experiments to validate improvements and new features.
    • Build and maintain metrics dashboards for business and product teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or digital financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
