AXS Drive

    1. The AXS Drive app offers frictionless parking payment experience, allowing users to exit participating car parks with ease without worrying about insufficient funds or In-Vehicle Unit (IU) issues. You only need to register your vehicle and payment card details on the AXS Drive app once, and your parking fees will automatically be charged to your saved payment card when you exit participating car parks.
    2. So you never have to worry about insufficient funds on your stored value card or deal with IU Issues. Simply park and go!

  • There are no additional charges beyond the parking fees charged by the carpark operator.

  • We are actively adding to the list of participating car parks, check to see if your favorite car parks are on the list.

  • We are working hard to enable our service for foreign registered vehicles soon.

  • Please add your new card as the default payment mode and remove your expired card from the app.

  • We have enabled more payment options for these services while we work on integrating your saved card for all payments in AXS Drive app.

  • Yes, you can add the vehicle and IU number in AXS Drive app. At the end of the rental period, please delete the vehicle details from the app.

  • You can delete your old vehicle details and add your new vehicle and IU number in the AXS Drive app at any time. If you do not delete your old vehicle details, parking fees for the old vehicle will continue to be charged to your payment card.

    If you are only changing your IU, please go to Settings and update the IU number for the registered vehicle.

    1. Go to “Settings”.
    2. Tap on “Vehicle” to see all your existing vehicles.
    3. Swipe the vehicle information to the left, and a red bin icon will appear on the screen.
    4. Tap on the red bin icon to remove the vehicle from the app.

    3. Tap the vehicle you wish to update, the vehicle details will be shown on the screen.
    4. Tap on the IU No. to edit it.
    5. Ensure that the details entered are correct before saving.

  • This may be due to network-related delays. Rest assured, your parking payment history will be updated in the AXS Drive app once the network resumes.

    1. Go to “Settings”.
    2. Tap on “Payment Card”.
    3. Tap on the card information, and a new screen will appear displaying the payment card details along with a red “Delete Card” button.
    4. Tap on the red “Delete Card” button to remove the card from the app

    1. AXS has partnered with Mastercard for seamless parking payments.
    2. Most local bank-issued Mastercard debit and credit cards are currently accepted.
    3. Other payment options will be added in the future.

    1. Some types of Mastercard, such as non-bank issued debit cards, prepaid cards, and single-use virtual cards, are not supported.
    2. AXS is actively working to enable support for these cards in the future.

    1. A nominal charge is made to authenticate the validity of your card.
    2. The pre-authorization amount will be released after a holding period determined by your card issuing bank.

    1. No, if you have signed up on the AXS Drive app and the car park is a participating location, your CashCard will not be debited.
    2. The parking fee will be charged to the payment card saved in the app.

    1. No, you will not be charged twice.
    2. The car park operator prioritizes payment deductions based on a predefined system.

    1. If the car park is not participating, you must pay for parking using your CashCard or EZ-Link/FlashPay card.
    2. If the car park is a participating location, your saved payment card may have failed authorization.
    3. Check your saved payment card in the app or add a different card.

    1. For a smoother parking experience, we place a $15 temporary hold on your credit or debit card when you enter the car park. This ensures sufficient funds are available to cover your parking fee for a hassle-free exit.

      Illustration on how it works:
      Step 1: A $15 holding amount will be placed when you park.
      Step 2: Once you exit the car park, the actual parking fee will be charged.
      Step 3: Holding amount will be released back to the card.

       

      For example:

      • Parking fee: $8
      • Temporary hold: $15
      • After exit: $8 will be charged, temporary holding amount of $15 will be released.Note: Depending on your card issuer, the holding amount may appear as a pending transaction on your bank statement.

    1. When you exit the car park, the actual parking fee will be charged to your card, and the temporary hold amount will be released back to your card.

       For example:

      • Temporary hold: $15, this may appear as “AXS Drive -$15.00 (pending)” on your bank statement.
      • Actual parking fee: $8, this will be reflected as “AXS Drive -$8.00 (pending)” on your bank statement. This will be the actual fee that is charged to your card.
      • Release temporary hold: $15. Card issuer will remove “AXS Drive -$15.00 (pending)” from your bank statement.

      Important Notes:

      • The temporary hold may appear as a pending transaction on your bank statement.
      • The release of the hold may take several business days to reflect back in your account, depending on your card issuer.
      • This ensures a seamless parking experience without requiring additional charges beyond the actual parking fee.

       

  • You will only be charged the actual parking fee, and the remaining pre-authorized amount will be released to your card.

    • Before exiting the car park:
      • Open the AXS Drive app and go to “Parking Privileges”.
      • Select your car park location and scan your complimentary ticket.
      • Your ticket will appear under Parking Privileges.
    • Upon exit:
      • The complimentary ticket will be applied.
      • Any remaining balance will be charged to your saved payment card.

    Note: You must have at least one valid payment card in your account to use this function.

  • This may be due to network-related delays. Rest assured, your parking payment history will be updated in the AXS Drive app once the network resumes.

  • In your credit or debit card statement, any charges under AXS Drive will be labelled as “AXS Drive: [Car Park Name]”.
