If your stored-value card is in the IU/OBU when passing through a gantry, the ERP charges will be deducted from the stored-value card. Yes. During the 24-hour suspension period, your ERP Payment account remains temporarily active and will continue to accumulate ERP charges. This happens if there is an invalid or expired card, or payment failure.
