The AXS Drive app offers frictionless parking payment experience, allowing users to exit participating car parks with ease without worrying about insufficient funds or In-Vehicle Unit (IU) issues. AXS Drive supports Electronic Vehicle (EV) charging with our partners, allowing users to locate and manage charging sessions easily through the app. Users can now also pay for ERP charges when passing through ERP gantries, removing the hassle of managing physical cards.
You only need to register your vehicle and payment card details on the AXS Drive app. After that, your parking and EV charging fees will automatically be charged to your saved card when you exit participating car parks or complete a charging session, so you never have to worry about insufficient funds or IU issues. Simply park, charge, and go!
In addition, AXS Drive now also supports ERP Payments, allowing you to pay ERP charges directly through the app whenever you pass an ERP gantry.

Yes, you can add the vehicle and IU number in AXS Drive app. At the end of the rental period, please delete the vehicle details from the app.
You can delete your old vehicle details and add your new vehicle and IU number in the AXS Drive app at any time. If you do not delete your old vehicle details, parking fees for the old vehicle will continue to be charged to your payment card.
If you are only changing your IU, please go to Settings and update the IU number for the registered vehicle.
With email login, you can use any email to create an account with us! Simply enter your email, and we’ll send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your inbox. Enter the OTP in the app to log in—no password required
If you did not receive an OTP in your regular inbox, please check your spam folder.
The facebook login button is currently unavailable, but don’t worry! You can still access your account using the same email you previously used on Facebook.
Just tap “Continue with Email”, enter the email linked to your Facebook account, and follow the OTP steps.

For security reasons, an OTP is required whenever you log in.

Some types of cards, such as non-bank issued debit cards, prepaid cards, and single-use virtual cards, are not supported.

A nominal charge is made to authenticate the validity of your card.
The pre-authorization amount will be released after a holding period determined by your card issuing bank.
If your card is cancelled or lost, please add a new card as the default payment method and remove your old card from the app.
In your credit or debit card statement, any charges under AXS Drive will be labelled as “AXS Drive: [Car Park Name]” or “AXS Drive: [EV Charging]”.
