Frequently asked questions

  • BBQ pits may be booked using the NParks BBQ pit booking module on AXS Station, AXS e-Station and AXS m-Station for the following parks: 

    • Changi Beach Park 
    • East Coast Park 
    • Labrador Nature Reserve 
    • Pasir Ris Park 
    • Sembawang Park 
    • West Coast Park 

    Users can download the AXS m-station app on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery. 

  • Applicants are permitted to use the designated BBQ pit from 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm on the day of their booking.

  • BBQ pit permits are non-transferable. The BBQ pit applicant is responsible for the use of the BBQ pit during the validity period of the permit. 

  • Shelters are shared spaces that are for use by all visitors of the park. Hence, the shelters close to the BBQ pits are not part of the BBQ pit bookings. We encourage all park visitors to be considerate and to share all common spaces in the park. 

  • The cost of booking a BBQ pit is between SGD$12 to SGD$20 daily depending on the location. 

  • Please call the NParks helpline at 1800-4717300. For other non-urgent feedback, please submit via NParks website (www.nparks.gov.sg/feedback) or the OneService Mobile App (www.oneservice.sg). 

  • An individual can only book one BBQ pit. In addition, each individual can only hold one valid BBQ permit at each time.

  • Each NRIC is limited to book only one BBQ pit regardless of the park’s location. Users can only make another BBQ pit booking once the current booking has expired.

  • Users may select a specific BBQ pit during the booking.

  • Applicants will need to complete the booking and payment within 15 minutes from the time of pit selection. 

  • As per the terms and conditions in the booking, all booking fees are non-refundable. 

  • All booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Please be informed that change of location is not allowed. However, you are allowed a one-time change on the BBQ pit date stated on the permit, provided that: 

    • The change is made 48 hours before your BBQ pit date 
    • The BBQ pit is available on the new proposed date 

  • Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. There will also be no refunds for users who decide not to utilise the BBQ pit after the booking.

  • You may wish to wait for 15 minutes and try to submit the booking again. The pit selected previously may not be available immediately as it would be reserved for 15 minutes under the previous transaction.

  • Payment can be accepted via the following modes: 

    AXS Station: 

    • ATM cards 
    • Diners Card 

    AXS e-Station: 

    • eNETS 
    • DBS PayLah! 
    • Any locally issued Mastercard/Visa/ Diners Club Credit or Debit Cards 

    AXS m-Station: 

    • NETS Bank Card 
    • eNETS 
    • DBS PayLah! 
    • OCBC Digital 
    • Any locally issued Mastercard/ Visa/ Diners Club/ Union Pay Credit or Debit Cards 
    • Pay+Earn 

  • There is no administrative charge for using NParks BBQ Pit Booking Module. 

  • Upon successful application through AXS e-Station (Online) or AXS m-Station (mobile), you will receive an acknowledgment email. The booking permit will then be sent to the registered email address 48 hours before the scheduled BBQ pit date.

    For application via AXS Station, you will receive the physical print-out acknowledgement slip. Booking permit will be sent to the registered email address 48 hours before the scheduled BBQ pit date. 

  • Please check that your inbox is not full (if so, the confirmation email would be rejected). Do also check your spam or junk folder. Should you require further assistance, please contact AXS Customer Service hotline at 6560 2727 (Operating hours: Weekdays: 8.30am – 8.30pm, Weekend/PH: 8.30am – 6pm) or WhatsApp message us at 8102 6213 (6.00pm – 10.00pm, daily) or email cs@axs.com.sg. 

  • Please bring along a printed version or an electronic version of the BBQ pit permit for verification purposes.

  • You may proceed to reprint your BBQ Pit booking permit at any AXS Station. If you need assistance, you can also reach us through the following channels: 

    • AXS Customer Service hotline at 6560 2727 (Operating hours: Weekdays: 8.30am – 8.30pm, Weekend/PH: 8.30am – 6pm) 
    • WhatsApp message us at 8102 6213 (6.00pm – 10.00pm, daily) 

  • Interested visitors can contact our venue managing agents at nparks_jlg@eventbutler.sg / +65 89186058. You are allowed to use the BBQ pit from 12pm to 10.30pm on the day of booking (the day of the permit).

  • No. Your BBQ pit permit is non-transferable. You are responsible for the BBQ pit during the validity period of the permit.

  • Your permit is only for the BBQ pit and not for any shelter. The shelter is a public area.

  • The cost of booking a BBQ pit per day is SGD$20. Payments are strictly in SGD only.

  • Please inform a security officer on duty or call the NParks helpline at 1800-4717300.

  • You may book 1 BBQ pit only.

  • Yes, you may. Simply indicate your choice of BBQ pit while making your booking.
