We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Specialist with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of products that provide exceptional user experiences, ensuring that our offerings meet both business objectives and customer needs.
• End-to-end product development and management
• Lead the design and development of products with a primary focus on UX.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of UX initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and product management.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management and product design, with a strong sense of UX.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and successful product launches.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Experience in the technology or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
